Cand oamenii straluciti esueaza la locul de munca, de obicei se intampla din cauza lipsei inteligentei emotionale. Inteligenta emotionala este acel tip de inteligenta care ne permite sa luam decizii sanatoase, sa costruim relatii si sa-i influentam pe ceilalti.
